VIDSUNO LEGAL FRAMEWORK

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: September 2026 • Version 3.1

1. OWNERSHIP & GENERATED VIDEO RIGHTS

You retain full ownership of any original audio recordings, vocal stems, lyrics, performer likenesses, and custom reference media uploaded to the VidSuno platform. Subject to third-party underlying model terms (e.g. ByteDance Seedance 2.5, Google Veo), any rendered music videos generated through your authorized sessions are licensed to you for personal, promotional, and commercial broadcasting.

2. AUTHORIZED USE & CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

VidSuno is engineered for professional music video production, independent musicians, and creative directors. You explicitly agree not to use VidSuno to generate:

  • Non-consensual deepfakes or unauthorized commercial exploitation of an individual's biometric likeness.
  • Defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or sexually explicit depictions.
  • Materials that infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or right of publicity.

3. THIRD-PARTY APIS & COMPUTE CONSUMPTION

Video rendering leverages external high-performance neural computing endpoints (including MuAPI and Google Cloud). Usage costs for GPU compute, model calls, and cloud storage are governed by the respective providers. VidSuno employs automated caching shields to prevent redundant generation billing, but does not guarantee third-party API uptime or latency SLAs.

4. CLOUD INTEGRATIONS (GOOGLE DRIVE)

When connecting your Google Drive account, you grant VidSuno permission strictly within the scope of drive.file. This limits access solely to files and folders created or opened by VidSuno. VidSuno does not access, read, or modify other personal files in your Drive.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VidSuno is provided "as is" and "as available". In no event shall VidSuno, its creators, or partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic video artifacts, service interruptions, or storage synchronization delays.
